Shipping and Handling Cost System:

We offer free shipping for orders over $200 before taxes for orders in US.
Ship to any address in Canada for FREE.
Ship to U.S. for a flat rate of $5 PER ITEM.

Please contact us for quotes on international shipping outside U.S. and Canada.

Most items ship within 24 hours of your order. During rush periods, items may ship out in 48 hours following your order.
If an item is on backorder, you will be notified via email. You will then have the choice to wait for the item to arrive or to delete the item from your order.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise unused and in its original packaging for a 100% refund of the purchase price. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt.
Items damaged during the return shipment will not be accepted. We recommend that packages being returned be insured using a traceable shipping method. We do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. The original receipt must be returned with the product. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.
Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to an error in processing or shipping by WeS2u Inc. or the product is defective.
